Dear JIU Students,

As we have completed the 2025/2026 odd semester and are about to enter the even semester, please pay close attention to the important notice below.

1.     Tuition Fee Payment

·      Students in the 2024 and 2025 batches are required to fully settle all package instalment payments up to January.

·      Students from the 2023 batch and earlier must settle 25% of all liabilities includes tuition, dormitory, and meal fees.

·      Please note that all previous outstanding balances or deferred payment must also be fully settled.

·      All payments must be completed no later than January 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

2.     Payment Method

·      Students are required to make payments directly through SIAKAD.

·      No using bank transfers or cash payments, as these require synchronization time and may cause delays.

3.     Payment Deferral Application 

·      Students who would like to apply for a payment deferral are required to submit their application on January 6 to January 8, 2026, before 5:00 PM.

·      Payment Deferral Application must be submitted directly to the Student Affairs Office via email at [email protected]

Tuition fee payment is a mandatory requirement for enrolment in the upcoming semester. Failure to complete the payment or submit a payment deferral application on time may result in administrative issues that affect academic activities.
