October 9, 2024 – Jakarta International University (JIU) has successfully concluded its accreditation assessment from October 7 – 9, 2024. A panel of esteemed assessors conducted the evaluation, including Prof. Dr. Made Sudarma, S.E., Ak., M.M., from Universitas Brawijaya; Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Nyoman Seri Malini, S.S., M.Hum., from Universitas Udayana; and Prof. Ir. Lukito Edi Nugroho, M.Sc., Ph.D., from Universitas Gajah Mada.
Elok Roslita Sari, representing BAN-PT, also participated in the review process.
The assessment aimed to evaluate JIU’s overall institutional quality to national educational standards. During the assessment, the team meticulously examined various aspects of the university. This comprehensive evaluation underscores JIU’s commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
As a result of this rigorous assessment, JIU received a rating of “Baik” (Good), indicating that the university meets the established benchmarks set by BAN-PT for educational quality. This achievement serves as a testament to the university’s dedication to excellence in teaching and learning.
The positive accreditation result enhances JIU’s reputation in the competitive higher education landscape, allowing the university to attract a diverse range of students and potential collaborations with industry partners. The university aims to leverage this recognition to further develop its programs and expand its outreach.
