Dear JIU Students,

As we are getting close to the final exam week, please pay attention to the important notice below;
1. Deadline for Tuition Fee Payment
• All outstanding tuition fees must be paid by Monday, December 1st, 2025 at 2:00 PM.

2. Payment Method
• Students are required to make payments directly through SIAKAD.
• Do not use bank transfer or cash payments, as these require synchronization time and may result in causing delays.

3. Payment Deferment Application
• Students who wish to apply for a payment deferment must submit their application no later than Friday, November 28th, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
• Payment Deferment Applications must be submitted directly to the Student Affairs Office.

Tuition Fee payment is a mandatory requirement to participate in the final examination. Failure to pay or apply for deferment on time may result in ineligibility to join the exam.
