The form requires the student to provide personal details, academic background, and other necessary information. Make sure all fields are accurately completed. The application is free of charge.

Entrance Exam Test
After submitting the application form, the Admission Office will schedule a Zoom meeting for the English test.
If the student is applying for Information Technology (IT) or Information Systems (IS) majors, they will also be required to take a Mathematics Test, which will be administered by the campus.
Applicants for Visual Communication Design (VCD) are required to submit their art portfolio in addition to the English test. The portfolio should showcase their creative skills and experience in the field.
The English Test and the additional test for specific major are essential to determine the applicant's readiness and aptitude for academic life at JIU. There are no fees for these tests.

Interview
Upon passing the required entrance tests, the Admission Office will schedule a Zoom meeting for the interview. The interview will further assess the student's academic goals, motivation, and suitability for their chosen major. This stage is also free of charge.

Result
After completing the interview, students will receive an official announcement from the university regarding their admission status.
If admitted, the student will also receive information regarding any available scholarship offers.
Decision and Commitment Fee: Once the student decides to accept the admission offer, they must pay a commitment fee of IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah). The payment must be made through the SIAKAD account via the virtual account assigned to the student. This fee confirms the student's commitment to enrolling at JIU.
Further Announcements: After the commitment fee has been successfully paid, the student should wait for further information from the Admission Office. This includes details regarding dormitory arrangements and new student activities, such as orientation and preparation for the upcoming academic year.
