March 4, 2025 – President Club JIU, part of the Global Leadership class under the guidance of Mr. Agus Hartadi, S.E., M.A., organized a Leadership Session titled “Trends in the Property & Facility Business.” The event featured Mr. Andy Harsanto, Director of Colliers Indonesia, as the keynote speaker.
The Leadership Session took place at Boejoe Café, JIU, at 1:00 PM WITA and was attended by students from various majors, as well as several JIU staff members interested in the property business sector. Participants showed great enthusiasm as they listened to discussions covering various aspects of the property industry in Indonesia.
During the session, Mr. Andy Harsanto provided insights into the overall development of the property industry, current market trends, and different property lifecycle phases. He also elaborated on the types of properties emerging in Indonesia and the challenges and opportunities—both in careers and business—within this industry. With his extensive experience and knowledge in the property sector, he offered a deep perspective on how the industry continues to evolve and adapt to market changes and consumer demands.
Participants remained highly engaged throughout the session. During the Q&A segment, they actively asked questions about property investment strategies, the impact of technological advancements on the industry, and the future prospects of the property business.
