2025 Graduation Announcement

2025 Graduation Announcement

Dear Senior Student,

This announcement presents information regarding the registration requirements for the 2025 6th Judicium, Harvest Evening & Commencement Ceremony.
To all seniors who wish to graduate this year, please complete the requirements in the order listed;

1. Complete the Final Research Submission Form. The form can be requested from Academic Affairs.
2. Complete the Registration Form of Judicium. The form can be requested from Academic Affairs.
3. The registration of the 6th judicium will be opened from July 10th, 2025, and will be closed on July 16th, 2025. Please submit the two forms in points 1 and 2 within the registration date.
4. Submit 4 photos 3x4, for the transcript and Ijazah (please find the guideline for photo submission).
5. Transfer the graduation fee of IDR 1.900.000, through the Student’s Virtual Account in SIAKAD payment starting from July 10th, 2025 or on the day you submit the two forms above.

If you have completed the 5 steps above, then you are eligible to graduate and participate in two graduation events;
• Harvest Evening on August 7, 2025
• Commencement Ceremony on August 8, 2025

Thank you to students who have registered for the 3rd wave of the Thesis or Final Research Defense in the Supplementary Semester of 2024/2025.
Students are expected to attend on time, wearing formal and proper attire, along with JIU alma mater.
Before the defense, registered students are advised to prepare themselves well, practice their presentations, and prepare a professional presentation file.

Announcement of Thesis and Research Paper Timeline

Dear Senior Students,
As Seminar Proposal and Thesis Defense timeline managed by Academic Affairs, therefore we would like to announce the timeline of the second and third wave.

a. 2nd Wave of Thesis and Research Paper Defense;
• Registration of thesis and research paper defense → May 5-9, 2025
• Defense of thesis and research paper defense → May 19-23, 2025

b. 3rd Wave of Thesis Defense and LoA Submission;
• Registration of thesis defense → June 9-13, 2025
• Defense of thesis defense → June 23-27, 2025
• LoA Submission of Research Paper → May 19, 2025 – June 27, 2025

It is needed to note that there is no 3rd Wave of Research Paper Defense. Please pay attention carefully to the date of both registration and defense of the thesis and research paper.
Academic Affairs would not accept any registration over the deadline. With this timeline, we expect all senior students who take the Thesis course to complete both courses on time according to the timeline.
