Tuition Fee Payment and Payment Deferral Application [Midterm Exam Even 2025-2026]

Dear JIU Students,
As we approach the Midterm Exam week, please pay attention to the following important notice:
1. Deadline for Tuition Fee Payment
 • All outstanding tuition fees must be paid by Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, at 03:00 PM.

2. Payment Method
 • Students are required to make payments directly through SIAKAD.
• Please do not use bank transfer or cash payments, as these require synchronization time and may result in delays.

3. Payment Deferment Application
• Students who wish to apply for a payment deferral must submit their application no later than Monday, March 2nd, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
• Applications must be submitted directly to the email Students Affairs Office; [email protected].

Tuition fee payment is a mandatory requirement to participate in the midterm examination.
Failure to complete the payment or submit a payment deferral application on time may result in ineligibility to sit for the midterm exam.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Student Affairs and/or Finance Office.

As the Proposal Seminar and Thesis or Final Research Defense timeline is managed by Academic Affairs, we hereby announce the schedule for the upcoming 2025/2026 even semester.

a.     January 2026 Period

·      Registration period : January 12 - 15, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : January 26 - 30, 2026

b.    February 2026 Period

·      Registration period : February 9 - 13, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : February 23 - 27, 2026

c.     March 2026 Period

·      Registration period : March 9 - 13, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : March 30, 2026 - April 2, 2026

d.    April 2026 Period

·      Registration period : April 6 - 10, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : April 20-24, 2026

e.     May 2026 Period

·      Registration period : April 27, 2026 – April 30, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : May 11 - 13, 2026

 

Please carefully note the registration and seminar or/and defense periods, as Academic Affairs will not accept any registrations submitted after the deadline. Based on this timeline, all students are expected to complete all requirements as required by each study programs. Dear JIU Students,

As we have completed the 2025/2026 odd semester and are about to enter the even semester, please pay close attention to the important notice below.

1.     Tuition Fee Payment

·      Students in the 2024 and 2025 batches are required to fully settle all package instalment payments up to January.

·      Students from the 2023 batch and earlier must settle 25% of all liabilities includes tuition, dormitory, and meal fees.

·      Please note that all previous outstanding balances or deferred payment must also be fully settled.

·      All payments must be completed no later than January 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

2.     Payment Method

·      Students are required to make payments directly through SIAKAD.

·      No using bank transfers or cash payments, as these require synchronization time and may cause delays.

3.     Payment Deferral Application 

·      Students who would like to apply for a payment deferral are required to submit their application on January 6 to January 8, 2026, before 5:00 PM.

·      Payment Deferral Application must be submitted directly to the Student Affairs Office via email at [email protected]

 

Tuition fee payment is a mandatory requirement for enrolment in the upcoming semester. Failure to complete the payment or submit a payment deferral application on time may result in administrative issues that affect academic activities.
