Dear Senior Students,

Due to requests from several students, we are opening the last opportunity for Senior students who are taking Thesis or Final Project course and Portfolio.
This opportunity is specifically intended for students who wish to graduate this August. Please pay attention to the following details;

● Timeline of Portfolio
○ Registration : May 18-22, 2026
○ Defense : May 25-29, 2026

● Timeline of Thesis or Final Project;
○ Registration : May 25-29, 2026
○ Defense : June 8-12, 2026

Please note that the registration must be submitted directly to Academic Affairs, online application is not accepted. Moreover, students are not allowed to request the defense schedule.

By providing this last chance, we expect all senior students can pass the defense then graduate this year.

Internal Transfer Period Opening for Academic Year 2026/2027

Academic Affairs hereby announces the opening of the internal transfer (change of study program) application period for freshmen and sophomore students in preparation for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Request forms may be obtained starting from May 5, 2026, and must be submitted no later than June 5, 2026.
Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed due to subsequent administrative procedures that must be completed.

Students are advised to review the procedures and requirements outlined in Circular Letter Number 508/JIU/ACD/V/2026.
Application forms may only be obtained from the Academic Affairs office.

Even Semester 2025/2026 Tuition Fee Payment and Application for Payment Deferral

Dear JIU Students,

As we approach the final exam week, please pay attention to the following important notice;

1.    Deadline for Tuition Fee Payment

  • Only students who have fully paid until June tuition fees will be allowed to take the final exam.

  • All liabilities and tuition fees must be paid by Thursday, April 30th, 2026 at 03:00 PM.

2.    Payment Method

  • Students are required to make payments directly through SIAKAD.

  • Please do not use bank transfer or cash payments, as these require synchronization time and may result in delays.

3.    Payment Deferral Application

  •  Students who wish to apply for a payment deferral must submit their application no later than Monday, April 27th, 2026 at 1:00 PM.

  • Applications must be submitted directly to the email of the Students Affairs Office; [email protected].

Tuition fee payment is a mandatory requirement to participate in the midterm examination. Failure to complete the payment or submit a payment deferral application on time may result in ineligibility to sit for the final exam. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Student Affairs and/or Finance Office. We sincerely appreciate your attention and cooperation.

As we approach the Midterm Exam week, please pay attention to the following important notice:

·      Seminar and/or defense period : January 26 - 30, 2026

b.    February 2026 Period

·      Registration period : February 9 - 13, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : February 23 - 27, 2026

c.     March 2026 Period

·      Registration period : March 9 - 13, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : March 30, 2026 - April 2, 2026

d.    April 2026 Period

·      Registration period : April 6 - 10, 2026

·      Seminar and/or defense period : April 20-24, 2026

e.     May 2026 Period

Please carefully note the registration and seminar or/and defense periods, as Academic Affairs will not accept any registrations submitted after the deadline.
